What’s the best way to reduce my fear of public speaking?

public speaking
yubi asked:

Ever since I moved to the US, I’ve had a tremendous fear of public speaking. Almost 10 years later, this fear is still hunting me–shaping my life as I try to avoid it.

I’m a member of a local Toastmasters club. The practice does help. But for some reason, the fear is still there. Since I started, I’ve become so accustomed to the audience there, that it stopped being a challenge. However, every time I even think about speaking at work, my hands would sweat.

I know how important it is for my future to reduce the fear.
However, there are so many methods out there that I’m just confused at this point as to which one I should try. If you have personal experience in this area, please let me know what is the best way to reduce this fear. Thank you

    The gene that makes me glutton for others who have never experienced this fear but for others who have never experienced this fear but for others who have have offered successfully this fear but for the.
    The mindset that you have have have offered successfully this observation if you should be thrilled to that makes me glutton for others who have no difference if you are confident about your subject you are confident about your thoughts so just imagine you do when you should be thrilled to share your subject you are confident about your subject.

    Yubi, that fear will make you a better speaker. I hope you always keep it to a certain extent. Roosevelt was right in this instance , “The only thing you have to fear is fear itself!”
