		<description>maybe not a quick fix, but I did some children's theater when I was in college. 

I was terrified of speaking in front of crowds, but putting on a costume and acting silly really freed me up. Today, as an adult, I once had a job that had me speaking regularly in front of thousands of people..... I loved every minute of it!</description>
