How can i get over my fear of speaking in public? It’s at a point where i cant even read in front of my class at school. I get soooo nervous i feel like i’m going to throw up, then my voice studders really bad, and my face looks as red as a tomato, literally! How can i get over this!!

Classmates Fear Of Speaking Fear Of Speaking In Public Hurricane Leafs Professors Public Speaking Returning To College Speaking In Public
Dave S.G. Seattle asked: I will be an older student in 50’s returning to college. There will be presentations that I will need to do in front of my classmates and professors.
I am pretty self conscious about my age, and I already have a fear of speaking in public. I am afraid I will shake like a tree in a hurricane and lose my leafs….any ideas to help?

Careers Hard Time Public Speaking Speaking In Public Speeches
stickyicky asked: Okay unlike other things that I like but suck at, giving speeches or speaking in public is something that I not only like but am also actually good at. So what kind of careers would be good for when you don’t mind speaking in front of many people or giving speeches?
Every other thing I like I am kind of bad at or I have a hard time getting good at. This is the only thing that is easy and that seems to come naturally.
