How do I get over my fear of public speaking?

I memorized what I need to say, my problem is when I stand infront of people to give a speach I choke up, my chest gets stiff and I can’t breath. I can’t walk around or hold any thing and I’m afraid I might forget my next line. What are some good tricks to help deal with this?
