Does anyone have a phobia of public speaking?

I have to take commincation 101 course that I have been dodging throughout college now I am forced to deal with it if i want to graduate. I hate hate hate giving speeches. I haven’t given one since I was in Jr. High and that’s when I had the horrible experience doing it. This @sshole in my class decided he was going to mess me up because I had choosen to do extra credit just in case. He really screwed me over because he was telling jokes about me while I was giving the speech urghhhhhh. Thanx god I did extra credit or I would of been SOL. So does anybody have tips on public speaking.
