How can i get over my fear of speaking in public? It’s at a point where i cant even read in front of my class at school. I get soooo nervous i feel like i’m going to throw up, then my voice studders really bad, and my face looks as red as a tomato, literally! How can i get over this!!

Dave S.G. Seattle asked: I will be an older student in 50’s returning to college. There will be presentations that I will need to do in front of my classmates and professors.
I am pretty self conscious about my age, and I already have a fear of speaking in public. I am afraid I will shake like a tree in a hurricane and lose my leafs….any ideas to help?
