Career Path College Sophomore Crowd Fear Hardest Time Outgoing Person Public Relations Public Speaker Public Speaking Reason

I am a college sophomore studying Public Relations and although I consider myself an excellent writer, an outgoing person and extremely creative, I am not the best public speaker. I know those in P.R. are often required to address the press but is having a fear a public speaking enough of a reason to change my career path? I’m articulate but I have the hardest time not sounding like a fumbling mess when adressing a crowd. THANKS!

The worst of all is my heart beats so loud I can’t even hear myself speaking over it and my voice starts quivering and I have to keep pushing myself to talk, but I cant.
