I’m doing a speach/powerpoint presentation on a current event tommorow in my public speaking class. What are some interesting, preferably funny topics I could do?
I wan’t something that highschoolers would find interesting, not a topic about the war in Iraq or something like that.
Any ideas?

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to keep my cool? I usually get really nervous and talk too quickly, or my hands shake and the paper I am holding shakes too which is really embarrasing. I am normally not a shy person but freak out during presentations.I’ve heard all the stupid stuff like imagine people in their underwear, but that is hardly realistic. I want advice that works.
