Crowds Decison Overcome Fear Public Speaking Shy Person

The worst of all is my heart beats so loud I can’t even hear myself speaking over it and my voice starts quivering and I have to keep pushing myself to talk, but I cant. Pleaseeeee help! what can I do calm down? I only have to speak for about 5-10 mins infront of about 150-200 people. Don’t say picture everyone naked, cuz no that doesn’t work.
