Is anyone else terrified of public speaking?

public speaking
Alex87 asked:

Whenever I have to speak in front of a crowd, I always get extremely nervous. My face gets beat red, I start sweating, my heart beats really fast, and I can barely talk because its almost like I am out of breath. No matter how well prepared I am, this always happens. I probably would not even mind public speaking if these physical things did not happen to me. Any suggestions on how to overcome this? Does this happen to anyone else?

    The support and the experience of speaking and the local toastmasters used to speak in public joined the support and strategies that have been extremely beneficial good luck.

    I also feel that way in front of a large number of audience. I think, you’ll get comfortable with it as time goes by. A student must join a debating club while young, this, i think will conquer that feeling.
