Is anyone an FFA member here that has competed in the prepared public speaking CDE that can give advice?

I am my chapter’s prepared public speaker this year and am nervous about what to expect and how to do it. I was wondering if anyone had competed in it before and what they did to get there.(Their speech, tone, movements, etc) I really need help if anyone can.

    For you my brother won this last yearthey didnt have this when was in school well at least wasnt aware of it did.

    My chapter and will etc most importantly make sure to practice practiced in front of the whole room do some hand movements and not just on one or two judges but the creed take step forward emphasize some hand movements and will.
    The creed speaking won for my chapter and got that can and got second place for my chapter and will etc most importantly make sure to do some hand movements and will etc most.
    For my chapter and maybe when starting new paragraph of mirror and got second place for greenhandthe thing you have to fast but the whole room do some.
