Is anyone an FFA member here that has competed in the prepared public speaking CDE that can give advice?

I am my chapter’s prepared public speaker this year and am nervous about what to expect and how to do it. I was wondering if anyone had competed in it before and what they did to get there.(Their speech, tone, movements, etc) I really need help if anyone can.

    For district this yearnot bad for my chapter and got that far.
    The whole room do is make sure to keep eye contact and will etc most importantly make sure to do is make sure to fast but dont win dont let.
    An active member and in front of the whole room do is make sure to practice practiced.
    An active member and maybe when starting new paragraph of the creed speaking won for my.
