Im so scared of public speaking?

I gave a speech today and it made me feel like i was going to throw up. I was so cared. Also, my face turned really red, which just made it worse.

Everyone could tell I was nervous and embarrased and I don’t even want to show my face in school tomorrow.

The worst part is that I have to give another speech tomorrow! Someone, please give me tips so my face doesn’t burn up or how I can be less nervous.
