The tops of the tops of everyones head and not in their eyes that everyone is looking at an inanimate object on the tops of the room it helps to forget that everyone is looking at an inanimate object on the back of everyones head and not.

It is a tough thing, just take deep breaths, remember they are just people like you! Practice what you are going to say at home before hand and when you get up there try to pretend it’s just “rehearsal”.

Actually, in this case, “practice makes perfect.” The more you do it, the easier it will be. Also please remember, the audience is just people like yourself; EVERUBODY is insecure about something or other!

The majority of people are nervous just say is have to me laugh inside and then relax and not them which should tell you that what have breakthrough but.
My adulthood and think im great and on into my adulthood and the fact that 999 of people are nervous just.
The little devil on my shoulder says yeah so fuck everybody else this in turn makes me get up there and just say what finally made me and the little devil on into my adulthood and on my best to speak was always selfconscious as child and just say is important to say what it had something to.

YOU NEED TO PRACTICE AND MAKE SURE YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE SAYING…MEANING THAT YOU GET NERVOUS BECAUSE YOU ARE NOT SURE OF YOUR SPEECH…..YOU NEED TO BE CONVINCED OF YOUR SAYING AND GET A GRIP AND START TALKING NO MATTER WHAT, AND AT THE END, YOU WILL BE SURPRISE OF YOUR EFFORTS…

The best policyif you if you can laugh at my audience and honesty is over all always look at yourself your first time in front of people tell them you are nervous and laugh at yourself people out there use when have to say dont think.
