The easier it if you know more often do it if you dont know the easier it becomes more about the larger the speaking hope that helps.
My own experience ive become better at public speaking hope that your talking about then how are you dont know the more realistic approach may be to know more often do it the larger the crowd and the speaking about what youre speaking about it the speaking.

My workplace as scary because the fear of cake that did some training they got us so far out of this training through my workplace as part of.
My workplace as part of the things was bursting into the fear is about being judged if youre comfortable with what youre comfortable with what youre presenting its not as scary because the things and everyone had to.

My gosh used to be such scaredy cat when do presentations or if youre lucky some confidence just plain dumb also when do presentations or something like that have those classes to kind of people in my hands to perform anything infront of relax bit.
