If you get valium be very careful with it. Don’t use it more than once a month or your body might get addicted to it. Sedatives are highly addictive.

You don’t need Valium, you just need to learn a new skill. Find out if your school has a debate club or other club that will help you develop public speaking skills.

Another option is to contact a local Toastmasters club. They may have someone willing to lead one of the youth programs at your school.

You might even invite friends to start a small public speaking group together. That’s how Ralph Smedley started Toastmasters International over 80 years ago!

Don’t turn to drugs to overcome this fear. That isn’t going to help you develop this skill. Put the time and energy into it. Face your fear and you’ll be amazed at how it will change your life.

You’ll be ready to face the admissions board to tell them why you deserve to accepted at their school. You’ll sound confident, capable, and ready to take on any challenges they toss your way.

    Good luck!
