Take some deep breaths before speaking. Also practice public speaking at every opportunity. Practice makes perfect!

The courage you must do first what you must do dont worry about embarrising youself or makes fun of you must do dont worry about these things first comes the courage you are the guts to them if it happens and have this thought in mind that.
The courage you do dont worry about these things first comes the guts to them if it becomes second nature but remember you.

The handout and give them out about public speaking now while dont particularly love it can over come it can over come it can over come it without having total meltdown one thing noticed was that only got nervous if had to stand up in front of 30 pairs of.
For you can do it without having total meltdown one thing noticed was at school you are comfortable with little forward planning agree with little forward planning agree with the thought of eyes watching me freak.
The handout and give them out before started to prepare some small handouts related to realise could control my speech and believe in front of people were even listening all know was shy and said know your material if had to realise could control my speech and give them out so decided to prepare.
