I always feel a lot of anxiety before and during when speaking in front of large groups. How can I get rid of that fear?

    beginning by making important announcements to people you are comfortable with, then work your way up to larger crowds of people that you are and are not comfortable with, it may be helpful to read about relaxation ideas that you can practice before during and after you public speaking. you can always take a public speaking class that should help ;)
