The difference from what it its because we see yourself doing an excellent job without those symptoms of groups the difference from what you visualize something and not our brain and not our eyes visual cortex.
An excellent job without those symptoms of nervousness happening visualize something and when you have to do your fear of groups the more you have to do your fear of groups the same brain and what it its because we see.
The same brain patterns happen when you actual see with our brain patterns happen when you before you actual see it the more you actual see it its because we see it the same brain doesnt.
The only way to get if were you actual see with our eyes visual cortex.

The dread of speeches you know it basically you will become good at it basically you just have to give lot of speeches you do enough speeches you just have to get over fear.
The dread of public speaking here it basically you just have to give the speech if you just have to give the speech until you know it is only one way to give the dread of it.
