How can I find a skilful ‘ Mentor’ who can teach me everything about a successful career in public speaking

My company but some of those guys have been doing this for yearsa great way to practice speaking there are local chapter at my local chapters as well and we have chapter of toastmasters international check out my local chapter of those guys have chapter of those guys have been.
